P&C

This week, Wednesday March 4, was P&C Day, a day to celebrate the achievements of P&Cs across the state. This year we celebrated by hosting an event for our 2020 Class Rep parents, an opportunity for them meet, learn more about their role and how they can help, share ideas and network. Class Rep parents are an integral link between the P&C, individual classes and the school, helping to build class relationships, provide important information and reminders and assist teachers.

Stanmore P&C organises many events to build our community and raise money to benefit our children and our school. There are many other things we also get involved in, including running the Pre-Loved Uniform Shop (PLUS), Lost Property, the Kitchen Garden program, grant applications, working on sustainability goals, supporting children and families with additional needs, Music, the Ethics program and participating in staff merit selection panels, just to name a few.

Last year, we raised funds for the oval redevelopment, robotics kits, teachers resources, and playground markings & equipment.

There is so much opportunity to get involved. If you are interested in becoming more involved please email us This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or speak to someone from the Executive Committee (Jackie, Reb, Suzy, Clare or Di).

The P&C committee is run by a dedicated group of parents on a voluntary basis. Our efforts are intended to benefit the children, the school and the community as a whole. We're keen to know what the school community thinks about our efforts on behalf of the school.

If you are unable to attend the monthly P&C meetings but you have a topic, issue or idea relating to the school or P&C that you would like raised at a future P&C meeting or if you just have general feedback that you would like to share please complete the form below.
